Scope
This notice covers Clinixa's current test website, account features and WhatsApp integration. The service is under development. Do not submit real patient records, medical images or other sensitive clinical information to the test service or its WhatsApp test number.
Information processed and purposes
Account features process your phone number, any email you provide, verification status, password hashes, session information, and clinic membership and access assignments. These support identification, sign-in, recovery and access control. Security records record relevant account actions, times and outcomes. Network information, including IP addresses, may be processed to protect the service and limit abusive requests.
When you use the WhatsApp integration, your phone number, message content, message identifiers and available delivery information are processed to provide the requested communication and investigate delivery issues. Meta processes WhatsApp communications through its services. Authentication messages are available only when the required provider configuration and templates are enabled.
If you contact us, we process the information you send to answer and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or clinical records by email.
Service providers and access
Clinixa uses hosting and infrastructure providers to run the website and database, and Meta's WhatsApp services for WhatsApp communications. Information needed to provide these services is processed by the relevant provider. Authorized clinic administrators can manage account membership and access within their clinic. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Cookies
Clinixa uses essential session and security cookies for sign-in and request protection. Blocking them can prevent account features from working.
Retention and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing expc7c5@gmail.com. We verify that the request concerns your information before acting. We review the information held and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Some security, audit, backup or legally required records may need to be retained; we explain applicable exceptions and the outcome when responding. Deletion from Clinixa does not automatically delete information held independently by WhatsApp or Meta.
